We accept payment for orders online using PayPal which is a safe, reliable and quick way to make payments over the internet.
PayPal does not charge customers a fee for the transactions made on our website.

If you do not wish to use this method, please call us on 01530 414372 or email your order to us at jacqui@daisy-doo.co.uk

We will email you to confirm your order and give you our address so that you may send a cheque.
All cheques must be in UK £ Sterling. Please allow 4 working days for your cheque to clear.

We cannot despatch the order until we have received payment and the cheque is cashed.
This may delay your order and is not recommended if you have an urgent order.

Product Quality

All of our products are made and finished to a high standard using quality materials, but as all of our designs are handcrafted, slight variations can sometimes occur between the items you see on our website and those you receive. Colours of materials indicated on our website may also vary slightly due to tolerances in photographic reproduction and differences between computer monitors.

All items are quality control checked before despatch and leave in perfect condition. Any items that are damaged during transit may be returned as detailed in our returns policy.

Component materials for each product are outlined on each product page. If you are unsure about any of these please contact us.
Almost all of our pieces of jewellery contain Sterling silver which may tarnish over time. This can easily be revived using jewellery cleaner which is available in most department stores.

Many of our designs are delicate so please store items in their individual gift packaging to avoid items scratching, tangling or tarnishing.

Avoid spraying perfume and hairspray when wearing your jewellery or tiaras, as this can discolour natural stones and pearls and dull the sparkle of crystals.


All of our jewellery is beautifully packaged in our high quality boxes with the Daisy-Doo logo embossed in silver on the lid. Christening bracelets come in our extra special boxes - as seen below and in the shop. Necklaces, earrings, hair combs, hair pins, hair clips and all Christmas decorations are packaged in specially made boxes from The Tiny Box Company (as seen on Dragon's Den)- they are made with recycled card and covered with white recycled paper - again with the Daisy-Doo logo embossed in silver - all made ethically within the Western world.

Tiaras are carefully wrapped in tissue paper and then packaged into acetate tiara boxes.


As all of our designs are made to order, your purchase will be despatched within 1 week of your order being placed and will be sent via Royal Mail. However custom and bespoke orders may take longer to be despatched, and an estimated delivery date will be emailed to you once the order is placed.

If your delivery is for a wedding or special occasion it is essential that you advise us of the date or other important deadline such as trial with a hairdresser or a dress fitting. That way we can prioritise your order.

Before placing urgent orders please contact us, to ensure we can meet your time scale, as we can sometimes accommodate tighter deadlines - and may even be able to send it to you within 24 hours

Most packages will require a signature on delivery. Most Items are sent via Royal Mail First Class Special Delivery or Signed For Delivery, If you are unable to sign for your package, items sent by Royal Mail will be held at your local sorting office. Special Delivery items will be held for 7 days after which time it will be sent back to Daisy-Doo. If a package has been returned to Daisy-Doo because delivery was not possible, the cost of re-sending the package again will be the responsibility of the Customer.

International Deliveries

International orders are sent via Royal Mail Airsure for £10.99.

Daisy-Doo are not responsible for any import taxes that are incurred once the products have been dispatched. 

Returns Policy

We hope that you love your new purchase but if your item is found to be faulty please return it to us, with the original packaging, within 7 days of receipt of your order. As all items are made to order we are unable to accept returns of items that are not faulty.
Should you change your mind on a design or prefer an alternative – please contact us before returning your item. We will try to help but cannot guarantee a refund. (This does not affect your statutory rights)

Prior to returning you order please contact us first, by telephone or email us at jacqui@daisy-doo.co.uk before you send it back so that we know to expect your parcel.

Items being returned must be in their original condition (as delivered) and in original packaging, we will issue a full refund within 28 days of receipt of the item by us. Original condition means that the item is unworn and that there are no marks or scratches on the item. The item being returned must not have come into contact with any perfumes, hairsprays or other chemicals.

We are unable to accept items that have been worn or are simply unwanted.

We are unable to accept the return of earrings in compliance with current Health & Hygiene regulations.

In addition please note that custom orders, bespoke orders or items which have been tailored to your individual style requirements, are non-returnable unless faulty. We will replace faulty items with an identical replacement, rather than a refund if you would prefer. Please indicate your preference when you contact us.

Unfortunately we are unable to offer an exchange service. If you wish to order a different item to the one you have received, you will need to place a new order online and contact us to discuss the possible return the item you have.

Please note that we are not able to refund your original delivery costs unless the item you have received is faulty or we have sent you the wrong item by mistake.

Goods being returned to us are your responsibility until they reach us and we cannot accept liability for any lost or damaged goods that you are sending back. For your own protection, we strongly recommend that you return all items to us using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods that you are returning. We ask that all items are sent by Royal Mail 1st Class Special Delivery. We do not take any responsibility for items that are not delivered and request that you contact Royal Mail directly.

We reserve the right to reject a returned order if we suspect inappropriate use of our returns policy.

Faulty/wrong Items

If the goods you have received are faulty or you have received the wrong goods by mistake, please return them to us following our Returns Policy.

You have 7 days from receipt of the faulty or wrong goods to contact us and arrange return to us.

Gift Returns

To protect security interests, we will only process returns and refunds when dealing with the original purchaser of the goods.

If you need to return your gift, please inform the person who purchased it so that they can return the gift to us following our Returns Policy.

This gift return & refund policy does not affect your statutory rights.

Your Privacy

We understand that our that customers value their privacy and we therefore act responsibly to protect that privacy. We confirm that the personal information requested from you either for the purpose of processing your order or for the return of information to you via email is never provided to any third party without your permission.

As all credit card transactions are completed via Paypal we never see your personal credit card details. We only ask for information we need in order to ensure your purchases arrive at the correct address.
All information that you provide to us is used purely for payment and the design process.


If any of the items are intended to be worn by, or come in to the possession of, children we advise that the child be supervised at all times.

In the very unlikely event that pieces are broken the beads may become a choking hazard if swallowed and the wire can have sharp ends if broken which may be hazardous.

We accept no responsibility for injury caused by the destruction or misuse of items purchased.

All product designs are exclusive to Daisy-Doo and remain the intellectual property of Daisy-Doo.

All product designs and content of this website are protected by Copyright and may not be copied, re-used or transmitted in any form without prior consent.

How Do I Order Bespoke Colours Of Something?

Please have a look at the colour chart to choose your colours and email us with your request.

How Long Does Delivery Take?

Delivery times vary from style to style as each piece of bridal jewellery is made to order. Standard purchases from our collections will usually be dispatched well within 1 week of being ordered - usually within 2 days, often next day.

Custom and bespoke orders can take longer to be despatched depending on the time of year.

For UK mainland orders your wedding jewellery should arrive 24 hours after dispatch. For International Orders the purchase will leave the UK within 24 hours of dispatch, but can take 5-10 additional working days to arrive due to potential delays with customs or local post services.

I don't know what colours to choose....

Most of our items have a choice of colours of beads and pearls. Have a good look at the 'Colour chart' page - we can supply any size bead and pearl in any of the colours shown. If you want some advice about colours, phone us or email us and we will happily talk to you about it!
